An office and commercial building designed with the core concept of becoming Cumbayá’s first healthy building, enhancing the work environment and fostering well-being through the principles of biophilic architecture.

By integrating these principles, the project aims to increase productivity and well-being within the workplace, creating post-COVID spaces that evolve into flexible and intelligent environments, designed for the future with a focus on resilient architecture.

The building’s design adapts to its corner lot, which inspired the curved form that opens precisely at the main access point. This architectural response reflects a commitment to the city, users, and clients, improving the urban fabric while seamlessly integrating into its surroundings—establishing a unique and iconic project for the area.
