Ciudad Verde is a project built on the principles of community, environmental harmony, and sustainability. Designed as an archipelago of interconnected islands, it will feature vast green corridors fully equipped to provide an efficient and high-quality lifestyle for its residents.

Located in Quito, the development will cover approximately 900 hectares, of which 700 hectares will be preserved as green spaces.

This will be a comprehensive urban project comprising 32,000 homes, surrounded by nature while also featuring health centers, commercial areas, educational institutions, security infrastructure, recreational areas, transportation networks, productive zones, green corridors, and community spaces.

The project will be divided into five interconnected zones:

Zone 1 (5,235 homes)
This area will house a significant portion of the city’s green space, surrounded by forests, trekking paths, and cycling routes, making it an ideal setting for outdoor activities.

Zone 2 (4,700 homes)
A dedicated sports and recreation hub, featuring facilities for soccer, basketball, athletics, and more.

Zone 3 (10,520 homes)
Home to an intermodal transportation hub, providing seamless connectivity to Ciudad Manuela Espejo, ensuring efficient mobility within and beyond the city.

Zones 4 & 5 (5,715 homes in Zone 4, 5,015 homes in Zone 5)
These areas will offer affordable and accessible housing, featuring an innovative and unique social housing system that optimizes space without compromising quality of life.

Zone 5 will be distinguished by its recycling center and agricultural production hub, alongside a Technological University, fostering the city's self-sufficient and productive economy.

This ambitious project will feature LEED-certified, modular, and adaptable homes, designed to fit diverse family needs, fully equipped with high-quality finishes, and ready for immediate occupancy.
